Rush Futures

Who: Boys and Girls ages U7 (2010) & U8 (2009)
When: Tuesdays, March 28 – May 2 
Time: 6:45 - 7:30 pm
Cost: $60

Overview:

The NJ Rush Grassroots Program is a supplemental training program designed for children born in 2009 - 2012.  The program is designed to provide an advanced development environment for highly motivated soccer players who want to be challenged in an Academy setting while still participating in their township/club intramural program.

The curriculum focuses on individual ball mastery, and the 3 C’s; Comfort, Confidence, and Creativity with their foot skills.

Ball Mastery

Who:   Boys and Girls ages U9 (2008) - U14 (2003)
When: Fridays, March 31 – May 5  (6 Weeks) 
Time: 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Cost: $90

Topics include:

• Ball Mastery Skills – creating comfort on the ball.
  
• Dribbling; 1 v 1 moves and turns to create space.
  
• Passing the ball with a variety of surfaces, deception, and the weight of the pass.
  
• Fundamental and advance receiving techniques.
